What does a support partnership actually include?
It depends on your needs, but typically: proactive security monitoring and updates, performance monitoring, a monthly allocation of development hours for content changes and improvements, hosting management, and regular reporting. We tailor each partnership.
Do we need to commit to a long contract?
Our support partnerships run on a rolling monthly basis after an initial three-month period. We earn your continued business every month — we don’t lock you in.
What if we need something urgently?
Support clients get priority response for urgent issues. Critical problems — site down, security breach, major functionality failure — are addressed within two hours. Non-urgent requests are typically handled within one to two business days.
Can you support a site you didn’t build?
In most cases, yes. We’ll start with a technical audit to understand the codebase, hosting environment, and any existing issues. If the technology stack is something we can work with effectively, we’re happy to take it on.
How do we request changes?
You’ll have a dedicated contact and a straightforward way to submit requests — usually email or a shared project board. No ticketing systems, no support queues, no talking to a different person every time.
